Highly recommend
I don't usually take the time to write a review but this time I couldn't help but mention how great the level of service I received from Ingenext was and how responsive they are when I have a particular question or request! I highly recommend

Highly recommend Ghost Module for Model 3
Installation was difficult but rewarding as the car has rocket like acceleration
Customer service was also good as they guided me through the setup

Customer service I recieved was phenomenal
I ordered a number of parts from Ingenext to repair my Model 3. Admittedly, there was a minor issue with the parts that were ordered and what was recieved.
HOWEVER, the way Ingenext handled the situation and the follow up customer service I recieved was phenomenal. I'd argue, possibly the best I've ever experienced in the auto industry.
I will only buy from Ingenext moving forward. Great company. Great service. 100% recommended.
Thank you!
