What to know about our Modules

The possibility that the manufacturer will try to block us is very low because of the way this module has been developed. Despite this, there could be a major software modification that could cause the cancellation of the performance. However, we will probably be able to perform updates on our module that can counteract this cancellation. Also when you purchase our module we will support you with email notification for new features or warn you of a potential update that would cause the cancellation of the performance. Then, you’ll have the choice to wait before doing the update and wait for the update of our module. Update of our module will be done by wifi or USB with a laptop!
The Nice Try is part of the Boost SR, Boost 50 and the Ghost. It's the second module. The name is engraved on the module.
It's possible. Manufacturers can decide to cancel warranty when you make modifications to your car. We are not responsible for warranty changes.

The power electronics are superior in the 1120980 or 4D1 motors. Model 3 Performance models all have this motor number. The 1120990 motor is less powerful.

Yes! The Bonus is compatible. If you have a 980 motor you can add the Boost SR
Yes! The Bonus is compatible with all the MY. If you have a MY dual motor LR, you can add the Boost 50 or the Ghost (980/4D1 motor required).

Shipping

All orders ship from our warehouse in Trois-Rivières, Quebec, Canada. Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Most items can be expected to arrive within 3-5 business days after purchase. We will send you tracking information via email. The delivery time may be longer during busy periods such as the holiday season and black friday. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Note that international shipping times can vary widely, so please be patient. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees associated with purchase. Taxes are between you and your government.

Customs fees are at the expense of the customer. They are determined by the amount of the purchase and inter-country agreements.

Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All items purchased on sale, during a promotion or with a promotional code are final sales. There are no returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. A reprogramming fee may be charged if your module has been installed

All items purchased on sale, during a promotion or with a promotional code are final sales. There are no returns or exchanges. All promotions offered on the online store cannot be combined with other promotions.

If, however, you unfortunately received a damaged product, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide us with adequate and satisfactory proof evidencing that the item arrived damaged.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We do not refund shipping fees.

Used parts are final sales. You have 15 days to notify us if there is a problem with a parts. After this period, no refund or exchange will be accepted.

Ingenext is not responsible for the programming of used EV parts. The customer must ensure that they are able to program the used part. No returns will be accepted.
